The Cesidian revolution has just begun

Abstract: the Cesidian revolution, a revolution far greater than the Copernican revolution, has started. The Copernican revolution was the paradigm shift from the Ptolemaic model of the heavens, which described the cosmos as having Earth stationary at the centre of the universe, to the heliocentric model, with the Sun at the centre of the Solar System. The Cesidian revolution is also a paradigm shift, but on multiple levels: religious, legal, linguistic, and holoscientific at the very least.

According to the Cambridge Dictionary, a 'register' is the style of language, grammar, and words used for particular situations only.

Also according to the Cambridge Dictionary, a 'language' is "the method of human communication that uses speaking and writing, or the system of communication in speaking and writing that is used by the people of a particular country".

Notice that as with the speeches politicians use to gain our votes, not necessarily to communicate any truth, or any promise, and politicians are not renown either for their truth-telling, or for the promises they keep, the word "people" in the phrase above, written by Cambridge Dictionary linguists, not politicians, is also treated like a mere accessory.

Even among social scientists such as linguists, therefore, especially when the single author, or group of authors are heavily financed by governments, educational institutions, or corporate profit or nonprofit grant-making organisations, the so-called 'language' used is actually a register.

Registers however, are not the natural written languages real, and fully represented and acknowledged people use daily to effectively communicate truth, especially for genuine educational and scientific purposes, but just the shorthand those in power use to get our votes; to get us to obey their often asinine rules, regulations, or laws; or simply in order to sell us something which is often even detrimental to ourselves, or to the people we love, people for whom we are responsible, as is always the case in real or natural societies — singular: koinonia (κοινωνία); plural: koinonies (κοινωνίες) in Εκτοελληνικά ⓖ or Ectogreek —, but almost never the case in fictitious or juridical societies (polities).

While it is true that you don't have include the often trivial and bad language of social media to be more socially inclusive, and less linguistically paternalistic, it is a fact that a large part of the terms that are considered reasonable for inclusion in 'dictionaries' are in fact part of a government-corporate register, not part of any natural written language using the highest literary standards.

However, outside of the context of individual writers, some of which may genuinely be honest teachers and scientists, especially when they don't submit continuously and uncritically to the paramount Aristotelian bias of the civilisation paradigm or genus, which has dominated all public discorse now for at least the past 26 centuries, even most journalism is in fact yellow journalism (en-US) or tabloid journalism (en-GB), the 'literature' which is most often used in compiling dictionaries and newly coined words, and this cannot lead to accurate social or applied science in the long run.

In fact, even serious analytic journalism attempts from time to time cannot effectively change the dominant Aristotelian or heavily politicised paradigm which is essentially hypocritical, fake, and actually pseudoscientific in its very nature.

A literary language should be the written vehicle a people use daily to communicate accurately and effectively, not an actual register used everyday in place of a real language only by those in power, and our so-called language 'dictionaries' — really completely arbitrary, mere language registers of 'the powers that be' — also largely reflect this fictive language which is even less respectable than a register, because a register may be largely small talk in many instances, but it is usually not largely deceptive, monopolistic, or profit-seeking in nature, nor does it inherently treat most people as if they were mere accessories.

A literary language should be used primarily for ectopolitical — neologism meaning 'outside of the political' — or multisocietal purposes, not for exclusively political or mass commercial or industrial purposes.

A literary language should not be treated like an oral dialect, like the mere variety or variant of a language, if it is indeed used daily to communicate accurately and effectively, and especially with truth, not just for the IOUs of central banks as the primary purpose for writing. That kind of 'literature' is the writing of de facto slaves, not de jure citizens. That kind of 'literature' is the writing of irresponsible infants, not responsible adults.

Linguistics is the study of language, how it works, how it is acquired, and how people use it to communicate. Although linguists are often interested in, and can speak a variety of languages, linguists know more about how language works, rather than having the ability to speak and understand multiple languages. It seems, however, that even linguistics, thanks to the continuous contamination and bias exerted by political and economic oligarchs, is in fact another Aristotelian pseudoscience, and not just the field of history, although it should be pointed out that this is certainly not always or universally the case, with every and all linguists.

Cognitive scientist, linguist, and sociopolitical critic Noam Chomsky, argues that while the US news media are adversarial towards the US government on foreign policy, institutional filters operate to ensure that the criticisms made generally stay within narrow bounds set by the US political elite — the oligarchs or 'the powers that be'. Paradoxically, Chomsky's research in this area is largely ignored even by academics who agree with this conclusion.

The institutional tendency to filter out anti-elite perspectives applies not only to the news media, therefore, but also to academia. Consequently, Chomsky's work is marginalised, due to its emphasis on government and corporate power, and the role even academia end up playing in actually buttressing elite power.

So even when an intellectual is well-known like Chomsky, even highly respected, the current Aristotelian bias which dominates the entire planet, does not just affect the media and academia, but in fact also has a dominant effect on which new words, even concepts, enter the so-called English 'dictionary'.

Since 29 December 2020, the words ectopolitical — which is synonymous with societal or multisocietal, or with Pythagorean — and ectopolitics — which means not affected or influenced at all by politics within, or between individual states or countries — have been coined by myself, and the ectojournalism, the ectohistory, and now the ectolinguistic revolution has started in the world's first ectolanguage, or Ectoenglish (ⓔ).

Because I'm quite fluent also in Italian, I managed to begin communicating about the multifaceted Cesidian revolution also in «ectoitaliano» or Ectoitalian (ⓘ), and from time to time I also try to communicate, with the help of Google Translate, also in «ectofrançais» or Ectofrench (ⓕ), and in「外中文」or Ectochinese (ⓩ).

In previous emails, which I started making on 17 January 2021, I sent an imperfect translation of the neologism of 'ectopolitan' in Russian.

However, after a lot of research, I discovered that other words were either more appropriate as nouns, rather than as adjectives, or the word form was entirely incorrect in the target language.

Besides Russian, I have discovered issues also with other languages, and their version of the word 'ectopolitan', and tried my best to correct them.

I now have produced a good or decent original or translation of the word 'ectopolitan' in 101 languages or ectolanguages (or 67 distinct linguistic forms), and all these languages or ectolanguages are spoken by approximately 7.911 billion of the world's people, or 99.46% of the world's population in 2022.

Moreover, 15 words or phrases have been translated in all the currently recognised 15 ectolanguages, or Ectoenglishⓔ, Ectoitalianⓘ, Ectofrenchⓕ, Ectohebrewⓗ, Ectolatinⓛ, Ectogreekⓖ, Ectooscanⓞ, Ectochineseⓩ, Ectokoreanⓚ, Ectogermanⓓ, Ectojapaneseⓙ, Ectoportugueseⓟ, Ectorussianⓡ, Ectospanishⓢ, and Ectovietnameseⓥ, and all currently recognised ectolanguages have the potential understanding of approximately 4.436 billion of the world's people, or 55.77% of the world's estimated population of 7.954 billion people in 2022.

I have done this, because you are not likely to see the word 'ectopolitan', and despite its utility and current use, in even the most freedom-minded dictionary anytime soon, and in any of the world's major languages.

Cesidian revolution major milestones

A dissertation defence (en-US: defense), typically called a viva voce outside of North America, is a two-hour meeting held after the graduate student, that is, someone with a Bachelor's, and/or a Master's degree or equivalent already, has completed the final draft of his dissertation.

The purpose of the oral defence is to evaluate the quality and originality of the dissertation or PhD thesis as a contribution to scholarship in the relevant field of study, the field for which one is a candidate for a PhD. PhD students or candidates, prior to completing their dissertation or PhD thesis, usually attach the following acronym to their name: "PhD ABD", which means "PhD, all but dissertation".

When the student and adviser are satisfied that a draft of the dissertation is in finished form, the defence can be scheduled.

The defence itself, including its scheduling, is a formal process, and must follow the rules set by the specific graduate school or college. An "Intention to receive degree" form must be filed prior to scheduling the defence, at least at Duke University's Trinity College of Arts and Sciences.

The dissertation defence or viva voce itself will involve questions and comments from the committee based on a thorough scrutiny of the dissertation.

PhD candidates should be prepared to make a case for the importance of their research; the case for the place of the research in current scholarship; and the case for the possible future of the project, with an eye both on job placement, and eventual publication of the dissertation.

What has occurred intellectually between late November 2019, and early March 2022, will probably compared to a "renaissance hyperdrive period" in the future.

Below is a brief on the developments that led to Cesidian spiritual science (Css).

According to Saint René Descartes University (StRDU), I'm no longer a salubriologist, or a self-made physician with a Scholar's Degree (SD) in salubriology, the most advanced degree available at Saint René Descartes University, but a "CD ABC", which means, "Cosmopolitan's Degree (CD), all but canonised".

I'm hoping that soon a "multiple life committee" outside of StRDU will come to pick me up, so I can go deliver my special kind of dissertation defence or viva voce before a Much Higher Authority than myself, the Chancellor of StRDU, so I can deliver it before the "Ancient One", or the "Ancient of Days" (Daniel 7:13), allowing the first Cosmopolitan's Degree (CD) in ectohistory can be awarded.

You see, Cesidian spiritual science (Css) has become, in essence, a Cesidian legal; spiritual and theological; salubriological and psychological; linguistic; journalistic and historical; geological; geographic and astronomical; economics; societal and political; ecological and agricultural; informatics; educational and library science; or the world's first holistic, ethical, and scientific paradigm.

The Copernican or scientific revolution (circa March 1543 – 21.12.2019), which has "hit the buffers" since at least the 1950's, according to the estimate of the born again Sir Isaac Newton, was essentially about physics, and placed man in a more rigourously accurate orbit around the Sun, which was not what Aristotelian astronomy taught before Copernicus.

The Copernican revolution was like a great university's college or school of letters and science, nothing more.

The Cesidian revolution (21.12.2019 – Ω), on the other hand, places man outside of UN member zoos, even more or less permanently above low Earth orbit (LEO), which is not what Aristotelian sociology and politics taught before I came along, by the way.

By comparison, the Cesidian revolution is like an entire university, not a single school, graduate school, or college at a university.

To use the list of schools and colleges of the University of California at Berkeley (UC-Berkeley) as a realistic metaphor, the Cesidian revolution would be like that university's division of computing, data science, and society; as well as the education; the information; the journalism; the law; the letters and science, the natural resources; the public health; the public policy; and the social welfare schools or colleges put together.

Potential Cesidian economics revolution

A currency is both a measure of material worth, and a medium of exchange.

According to the Wikipedia, a currency is a system of money — monetary units — in common use, especially for people in a "nation".

The word "nation", in turn, is often used as a near-synonym of the word "country".

This isn't Ectoenglish (ⓔ; een), which was started back on 1 January 2021, but plain old Aristotelian English, and neither the British (en-GB), nor the American (en-US) varieties, are particularly useful from a social science perspective.

The Cesidian linguistic revolution component — which started on 29 December 2020 when the words 'ectopolitical' and 'ectopolitics' had been coined — is already beyond the general ability and wisdom of a single specialist even in multiple fields, but now even the issue of currencies may become another of the revolution's components.

After all, languages and currencies have something in common.

Languages are systems of communication, and currencies are systems of monetary — material value — units of exchange.

With languages, people usually exchange thoughts and feelings; with money, on the other hand, people usually exchange products and services.

What both languages and currencies have in common, however, is that they are both employed in countries, and are controlled by countries. Both are controlled by politics, which is oligarchic, and not very egalitarian at all by its nature.

It was not the first time that Kaisiris Tallini had speculated about languages, but prior to the start of the Cesidian revolution (29.12.2020 – Ω), that speculation was mainly theoretical speculation through a multifaceted field called Cesidian analytic theology (Cat), which is not just theology, but more like a new calculus, and a new Theory of Everthing (ToE), which happens to be more than just about physics. Of course, the purely theoretical speculation later led to the UMMOA or UGV English variant developments.

On 17 Mar 2022, however, Kaisiris began to also notice that he had also been preparing the foundations for a potential 'ectoeconomics' revolution all along.

With regard to currencies, Kaisiris noticed that he was also engaged in theoretical speculation about paradisaical currencies through Cesidian analytic theology (Cat), and then other, less theoretical developments followed.

Potential Cesidian ectoinformatics revolution

Computers, which started as user-friendly tools in the beginning (personal computers), at least before the boom which followed a more massive use of the internet, in very little time have become "user-friendly" only to computer scientists (impersonal computers). This is Bill Gates' massive scam on the world before he got involved with the "vaccine" scam, so the internet now benefits only fake societies based on central bank currency "values", not real societies whose values are a little broader in scope, more decent, more respectful, and more holistic.

The 'ectoinformatics' term will apply to a future 'ectointernet' system like the more primitive Cesidian Root (30.09.2005 – 04.06.2017) — a pre-ectointernet development.

The current ICANN-administrated internet system, in the future will be treated more like a LAN (local area network), PAN (personal area network), MAN (metropolitan area network), or WAN (wide area network) internet, and not like a proper ectointernet or true network, which does not create, or even attempt to create, conflicting or discordant informatics values such as the ones created by the current internet monopolies.

The dicscordant values are at least two-fold.

Right now I am battling with Facebook, when even the ICANN itself largely failed in the past!

Facebook is now a conduit of the outright censorship of at least some people who live in jurisdictions where censorship is illegal, or should be illegal according to the standards of the US bill of rights, so this is a completely absurd thing of the past, but which for some strange reason was carried into the "modern" future, the one which is supposed to be less medieval!

Thus Facebook itself is now an evil ectoinformatics hexer, conjurer, and diviner, besides being a glorified spambot.

If the first discordant value is censorship, the second discordant value is that the current internet has no real, that is permanent memory. This also doesn't make sense, because the good thing about computers is that they remember, while humans either by design, or by inherent limitations, are prone to forget.

Domains and domain hosts are lost for economic reasons only, and when this happens, the former internet content is also lost forever. Thanks to organisations like Internet Archive, the information of all those lost domains and domain hosts is still accessible with some limitations, but this is a defect of the political, and bank values-dominated internet, which is totally unacceptable for scientific, technical, and even moral reasons.

At least now it appears that we have no choice but a peer-to-peer or distributed network in the future, in order to replace ICANN's fake 'ectointernet' entirely. "Personal computers" should either be connected with human beings, and under the control of the human being alone, according to the legal standards of Cesidian law, or they should be redefined "impersonal computers", or better, "political computers", which are not under personal human control, but under the control of the medieval "powers that be" — the "computer masters, and human slaves" Bill Gates' contribution to human history.

The 'ectointernet' (term coined on ‎26.09.‎2021) and 'ectoinformatics' (term coined on 29.09.2021) revolutions will follow Cesidian law values, not any UN country's law. Cesidian law is a scientific legal discipline which started on 25.07.2003 with the jus cerebri electronici Cesidian law concept.
